AG5000 is an enclosure for ceiling cavity access work by restoration and abatement contractors, healthcare construction crews, and facility managers. The optional AG5000-SA panel adds wall access, so crews can use the same unit for both tasks.
Why Crews Pick the AG5000 for Access Work
The AG5000 has a collapsible enclosure, tool storage, and provisions for externally mounted equipment.
- Collapsible Design — Collapses to 20" high for storage and transport. Assembly on site takes two people.
- Ladder Space and Load Capacity — Fits one 8-ft A-frame step ladder, not included, and supports a 900 lb distributed load. One person can be inside at a time.
- External Equipment Mounting — An optional AGCADDY holds an air scrubber outside the enclosure, ducted to the 10" port.
- Pass-Through and Document Storage — A clear pass-through window in the top enclosure provides access. A clear pouch holds documents.
- Lockable Door — Protects tools stored inside the cart.
- Built-In Handles — Lift handles at both ends and a pull handle at one end help crews move the unit.
AG5000 Applications and Environments
Use it for ceiling cavity access during operations and maintenance in hospitals and other facilities. Wall cavity access requires the optional AG5000-SA panel. It is also used for healthcare construction and abatement and remediation work.
