The expensive mistake in commercial cleaning equipment is not overpaying. It is buying a machine that cannot do the job. An air scrubber 600 CFM short of the air changes your containment needs, a floor scrubber whose deck will not turn in your aisles, a 240V steam boiler delivered to a site with 120V service. The machine works perfectly and is still the wrong machine.
So before your order ships, we check the specs against your actual job. If we get it wrong, the return is on us.
How it works
- Tell us the job, not the model number. Room dimensions, ceiling height, surface type, water class, available power, access restrictions. Whatever applies.
- We verify the match before it ships. A specialist checks the unit's rated capacity against what you described and confirms it in writing.
- If the verified spec is wrong, we cover the return. Return freight and restocking are on us, and we get you the machine that fits.
What we verify
- Airflow and air changes: CFM against room volume and your target ACH, including static pressure loss from ducting and filter loading.
- Filtration rating: whether the job requires true HEPA at 99.97% on 0.3 microns, and whether pre-filter and carbon stages are needed ahead of it.
- Pressure and flow: PSI and GPM for pressure washers and extractors, checked against the surface and soil you described, plus the inlet supply the pump needs.
- Electrical: voltage, amp draw per unit, and how many units your available circuits will actually carry at once.
- Capacity and runtime: tank and battery sized to clear a full shift rather than stopping mid-room.
- Physical access: deck width, machine footprint, and whether the unit clears your doorways, aisles, lifts, and crawlspace openings.
- Moisture removal: AHAM and saturated pint ratings matched to the water class and affected square footage.
Terms
- Applies when you gave us the job details before ordering and we confirmed the match in writing. That written confirmation is what the guarantee runs on.
- Covers a verified specification mismatch. It does not cover a change in project scope after delivery, buyer's remorse, or damage in use.
- Equipment must be returned in resalable condition with original packaging and accessories.
- Engineered and configured-to-order units are quoted individually. We confirm the spec match in the quote before the build is released.
- Claims should be raised within 30 days of delivery.
