Battery Auto Scrubbers and Walk-Behind Floor Scrubbers

Namco auto scrubbers cover entry-level cordless units up to full-size ride-capable models suited to large institutional floors. The FloorWash 1000 handles tight corridors and restrooms with a 9-inch path and 42V lithium battery, while the AS22T covers up to 36,000 sq ft per hour with a traction drive and 14.5-gallon tank configuration. The AS034 steps up to a 34-inch cleaning path with a 31-gallon solution tank for distribution centers, airports, and large municipal buildings. All battery models run sealed lead-acid or lithium packs and eliminate cord management in high-traffic environments. The FloorWash DS3 and DS4 add brushless AI motors and dual-brush geometry for a deeper scrub on hard tile, sealed concrete, and LVT without the bulk of a traditional disk machine.

Carpet Extractors for Commercial and Institutional Use

Namco's Scooter series covers the full range of commercial carpet extraction from compact self-contained units to high-output box extractors. The Scooter Cub handles hotel corridors and small commercial suites at 100 PSI with a 3-stage motor, while the Scooter Husky delivers 235 CFM and 120 PSI from dual 3-stage motors for high-volume contract work. The Scooter Beast runs four two-stage motors producing 400 PSI and 300 inches of water lift — the specification range typically required for restorative cleaning on heavily soiled commercial carpet. The NM9GA 3-in-1 self-contained unit cleans, rinses, and extracts in a single pass, reducing drying time on occupied floors.

Commercial Dehumidifiers and Ride-On Floor Sweepers

Namco dehumidifiers span crawl space units from 95 to 190 pints per day up to the P649 330-pint commercial dehumidifier built for warehouses, manufacturing floors, and post-flood restoration. All models use R-410A refrigerant, digital humidity controls, and built-in auto pump-out to a floor drain — eliminating manual bucket emptying during continuous unattended operation. The 7800FS ride-on floor sweeper handles 70,000 sq ft per hour on a 48V platform with a 21.5 square foot debris bin and 13-gallon water tank for dust suppression, making it the practical choice for distribution centers and parking structures where walk-behind sweepers cannot keep pace with daily debris loads.

Brio Air Filtration = Game Changer

Located in the Twin Cities in Minnesota, we acquired our Brio Air Filter in mid-late Spring of this year (2023) when pollen count was high and we were beginning to experience the effects of Poor Air Quality Index as a result of smoke particulates from fires in Canada that caused the air in much of Minnesota to become hazy and simply dirty.

It is so easy to share our experience with the Brio Air Filter given how quickly and efficiently it removed pollen, dust, and smoke particles from the environment inside our home. Two people in our home who suffer from pollen-related allergies during the spring immediately experienced easier breathing and elimination of symptoms within the house. With respect to smoke particulates from Canada drifting into our environment, EVERYONE in our home experienced directly improved breathing and smell of the air when entering from outside.

An additional piece of information to account for is that we have always employed high grade furnace filters in our home’s central HVAC system. With that high grade filtration in place both prior to and after acquiring a Brio home air filter, we all quickly agreed that deploying the Brio in our home made an easily noticeable positive difference in breathing inside our home. Additionally, those of us who clean our home have observed that dust builds up slower on our floors and furniture than before we deployed the Brio unit.

We did note that the Brio is not as quiet as a few other brands/models on the market that we have tried in our home but the efficiency and quality of the filtration, along with the air turnover rate it provides,allows us to locate the Brio unit in central rooms away from the bedrooms. Since we made that change there has been no noise-related effect on our sleep, while the unit maintains the same level of air cleanliness throughout our home.

A last key point to make is how easy the Brio unit is to maintain. The simplicity of the modular construction of the Brio unit makes it very quick and easy to keep the filtration sections clean. We have not yet reached a point of filter replacement but it is obvious to us that the replacement will take a matter of seconds and can be executed by anyone in our home, including our 10-year-old son.
