Aerospace America Replacement Parts for Professional Air Scrubbers
OEM-Compatible Filters Across Every Aerospace America Series
Aerospace America air scrubbers rely on a three-stage filtration system to capture particulate down to 0.3 microns at 99.97% efficiency — the minimum threshold required by IICRC S520 for mold remediation work. When filter media degrades, CFM drops and air quality compliance is at risk. Every filter in this collection is designed to the same dimensional and media specifications as the original factory components, covering the full Aerospace America lineup: 500 MAG, 600 EV, 600 MAG, 1000V, 1800 CFM, 1900, and 2000 CFM series.
The filtration path starts with a polyester pre-filter (1st stage) that captures larger particles and extends the service life of downstream media. The ring panel filter (2nd stage) removes mid-range particulate and reduces blower strain. The HEPA filter (3rd stage) performs the final capture. Carbon-Webb and pleated charcoal filters are available for the 1800 and 2000 CFM models when odor control or VOC removal is required during fire or chemical remediation jobs. Sock filters serve the 9105 and 9106 vacuum attachments for wet recovery applications.
Motors, Blowers, and Controls That Restore Full Airflow Output
A worn motor or failing blower is rarely a reason to replace an entire machine. Motor/blower assemblies are the most cost-effective path back to rated CFM — the 600 MAG assembly restores the unit to its full 600 CFM output for less than one-third the cost of a new unit. Standalone motors and blowers are available separately for contractors who perform their own component-level repairs on the 600 MAG, 1000V, 1800, and 2000 CFM series.
Electrical components including fan controls, circuit breakers, rocker switches, and control panels are available as direct-fit replacements. The 2000 CFM Econo Control Panel and the variable-speed fan controls for the 600 EV and 1000V series restore speed regulation without fieldwork or custom wiring. Intake manifolds, dual-port manifolds, intake doors, intake grills, minihelic gauges, casters, and inlet plugs round out the mechanical hardware catalog for full-unit serviceability.

Matching Parts to Your Aerospace America Model
Every product in this collection is organized by series and includes the OEM part number so you can confirm compatibility before ordering. Restoration teams running multiple machine models can cross-reference the 600 MAG, 1800, and 2000 CFM parts catalogs — several components share dimensional specs across series, but motor voltages and blower wheel diameters differ. When in doubt, the part number listed in your machine's service manual is the definitive reference. The EPA recommends maintaining air filtration equipment in strict compliance with manufacturer specifications during environmental remediation to prevent cross-contamination between work areas.
All orders ship free on qualifying purchases. Contact our equipment team if you need to cross-reference a part number or verify compatibility with an older 600 EV or 1900 series unit.
